Exhibition Comments: There's something captivating about this piece that I really like. Perhaps it's the small, compact, and highly detailed nature of it, but it's hard to pinpoint exactly. The way the coloured layers within the voids blend together beautifully is truly remarkable. It's difficult to describe, but the inclusions seamlessly mould into one another, creating a harmonious effect. I am genuinely pleased with the overall feel of this piece. The colours turned out to be a great success, appearing bright and natural. The yellows and lime bright greens work exceptionally well together, blending seamlessly and highlighting the casually speckled flecks of orange throughout the piece. Changing the background colour from a stark, crisp ice white to a vintage cream-colour was a great decision.
