The inspiration for this piece came from thedistrict of St Peter which is littered with brightly coloured shacks and planted gardens.

I think this one though as the colours remind me of the Caribbean what with the oranges and the pinks. Oh definitely the Caribbean. It’s just the typical Caribbean scene what with the huts shape and the colours. The huts are exactly. You’ve captured them perfectly. I feel happy. They all do actually. All very nice. I think it gives softness really as the textiles give feeling of warmth.
